This warranty ensures your jewelry is free from manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal wear, and that lab-created diamonds will not fade or cloud over time.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing and structural defects
- Craftsmanship-related issues
- Complimentary maintenance services, including:
- Rhodium plating (white gold pieces)
- Prong tightening
- Side stone tightening or replacement (if due to manufacturing defect)
- Cleaning and polishing
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not include:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, or worn prongs over time)
- Loss, theft, or accidental damage
- Stone loss due to impact, trauma, or improper care
- Damage caused by misuse (chemicals, pools, hot tubs, etc.)
- Discoloration or fading due to improper care
- Third-party repairs or modifications, which void the warranty
Repairs & Service Process
If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order details and supporting photos or videos. Our team will evaluate your request and:
- If covered: we will provide a prepaid insured shipping label and complete the repair at no cost
- If not covered: we will provide a repair estimate for approval prior to proceeding
Typical repair time is 1–3 weeks upon receipt.
Additional Notes
We strongly recommend insuring your jewelry against loss, theft, or significant damage, as these are not covered under warranty. Regular maintenance is encouraged to preserve the longevity and brilliance of your piece.
